Dewey is a Fundamental school, which means we have many exciting opportunities for Project Based Learning. Please be on the lookout for donation requests throughout the school year in order to support the learning of our students. I also keep an amazon wish list up to date.
Room 1 uses classdojo.com for the most rapid and up to date information. You may even find fun pictures of what we are doing in the classroom from time to time. Please make sure you are connected to the classroom and check this platform regularly.
Lastly, if you are interested in volunteering in the classroom or driving for field trips, please tell your teacher right away so we can get you in our system and create a schedule. We have many trips and activities planned for the coming school year! Please consider applying to be a volunteer with the district in order to have our fingerprinting process completed. https://www.sanjuan.edu/connect/volunteer
Feel free to contact your student’s teacher with any additional questions you may have. We are excited to have you!
