Parent Resources

We recognize that many families wish to provide supplies for their own students or donate materials for the entire school community and are welcome to do so at any time.  The supplies listed are suggested materials and are not required of any students or family to fully participate in the school's academic program.  All required materials and supplies will be provided by schools to students at no cost.

Every school year parents need to fill out new medication forms, 3 way contract, and vehicle usage forms. For your convenience, we have added these forms to our website.

All visitors and volunteers must sign in at the office and get a visitor badge.

Attendance: Reporting Student Absences

Call the office and select the absence line option or email deweyabsence@sanjuan.edu to report ALL absences and late arrivals. Failure to call in or return a call from the school office regarding a student's absence will result in the student being recorded as truant in the school district attendance database. Children who arrive late to school must go directly to the school office to check-in and receive a pass. Unless there is an actual emergency we will NOT interrupt the classroom.
